As a magnificent Swiss watch brand if prefers to sell its products via its own boutiques where maximum profit can be realized, how can promote that? By launching limited “boutique only” editions, certainly, the thing is if they’re less than stunning it sort of defeats the whole intention.

Its major appeal except for aesthetics is an improved GMT function allowing the wearer to keep track of three timezones concurrently: a red-tipped hand records home time in 24-hour mode, at the same time as the rotating bezel in ultra-modern ceramic marks a third timezone, as well on a 24-hour scale. The Chronomat Boutique Edition is home to the Manufacture Breitling Caliber water-resistant to a depth of 500 m (1,650 ft). This version owns the characteristic of a blue “Vietnamese” mother-of-pearl dial, numbered from 1 to 100 in addition to the imprinted case back featuring the WWII-era pin-up girl. Breitling does superbly with the Chronomat line though we’ve always loved the vintage versions. The Chronoliner is the clear winner here.
